For the Food Processor segment, EFCO produces custom-formulated Fillings with the following characteristics:

- Freeze/Thaw Stable
- Fry Stable
- Extruded applications
- Wide variety of packaging options including pails, pouches, drums and totes.
Dry blend products are also available and include batters, concentrates and complete mixes. Additionally, our product line extends to the dairy industry with products such as ice cream toppings and variegates. EFCO can also co-pack a proprietary formula developed by a customer. We are available for our food processor customers along the entire research, production and packaging process—as much or as little as required.
